Manuka Blend is honey which is a large part Manuka, and then a mix of other native tree pollens. The blend is created by the bees (we're not mixing two types of honey together).

Manuka Blend is more mild than Manuka, and smoother on the throat, but you can still taste that rich Manuka caramel flavour coming through.

Our honey is creamed for a even consistency.
