Bush blend honey come from hives which are surrounded by native bush. This honey includes pollen from trees such as Manuka, Rewarewa, and others [NOTE].

This is a sweet honey, with a milder taste.

All of our honey is unique each season because it is not blended with our batches of honey, But this is especially true of our Bush Blend, because it contains an always changing mix of native pollens.

Our honey is creamed for a even consistency.
